Shipping costs of ordered footage are the responsibility of the client. We prefer to ship via Fed Ex and we can use your account # or bill you for the shipping. When ordering footage please include your companies fed ex # for shipping if possible.
Returns - Once final elements have been shipped, they can not be returned for a full refund. There will be a kill fee of 50% of license fee on cancelled orders.
